Wellness
Wellness is often something we take for granted. It is not until we feel unwell that we realise we are missing something. The road then is back to wellness – however wellness in itself is something we can also strive for and build on.
There are many things we can do every day to track our success, both safe guarding ourselves from unwellness and allowing us to feel more well more often. We do this through understanding, awareness and practice.
We offer:
Option 1:
Educational talks – Lunch & Learns – 30 min presentations with 10 minute Q & A = 40 min. Short presentations and discussion on various topics of psychological development, self care and wellness.
Option 2:
Workshops 1 – 1.5 hours each (per topic)

We also offer a program of coaching which includes a copy of the best selling book ‘Win: Proven Strategies for Success in Sports, Life and Mental Health’.
