Life coaching is learning the ability to coach one self, both when faced with the challenges that life can bring about while also learning skills and techniques to enhance life and success.
We use Transactional Analysis as a bases for our life coaching as the theory is in depth, the practise is quickly and easily able to be understood and implemented.
As with all coaching, one of the key elements is learning to reflect, to develop more self awareness and to be able to plan ahead to achieve results.
Life Coaching helps people achieve goal focused results and the coach is there to provide motivation, guidance, insights and development. Life coaching is a collaborative and focused process, designed to create and deliver desired behaviour change and success.
One of the core models in TA is the 4 c’s that apply very well to life coaching and the process of coaching.

What we offer:
A program of life coaching designed to teach basic TA theory to help coaches implement these into their day to day life and relationships. This also includes a copy of the best selling book ‘Win: Proven Strategies for Success in Sports, Life and Mental Health’.
The types of areas our coaching program helps with are:
Delivery of clear communication
Understanding of human motivations
Educational talks – Lunch & Learns – 30 min presentations with 10 minute Q & A = 40 min. Short presentations and discussion on various topics of psychological development, self care and wellness.
Workshops 1 – 1.5 hours each (per topic)
